At the hospital, Graham told police that Presler went into the home, poured an unknown substance on him, and lit him on fire. At last check, Lindros is still recovering with burns over 70-percent of her body. Witnesses reported seeing Presler leaving the scene after the incident, according to police.

On September 13, 2020, Presler was charged along with several others in connection with the murder of 20-year-old Sierra Rhodd, after she was shot and killed as she slept in her bed. Charges against Presler were dropped on September 16, 2020, by Judge Hazel Jones in the 174th District Court in Harris County after being requested by Harris County Assistant District Attorney Joseph Sanchez. As he stated there was no probable cause. Three others were arrested in the case. On Sunday, September 13, 2020, at approximately 11:00 p.m., deputies with the Harris County Sheriff Office responded to a call of a drive-by shooting in the 11200 block of Timber Crest Dr. in northwest Harris County. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the victim, 20-year-old Sierra Rhodd, unresponsive from apparent gunshot wounds. EMS arrived on the scene and pronounced Rhodd deceased. Deputies spoke with the victim’s parents and the 15-year old brother who stated they were home watching television when someone begins shooting into their home. Deputies learned that the victim’s 15-year old brother discharged a handgun at the suspects as they were fleeing. Deputies also learned the victim, who has cerebral palsy, was in her bedroom in bed at the time of the shooting. Deputies learned that video surveillance footage captured three vehicles, a dark-colored sedan, a motorcycle, and a truck traveling westbound towards the victim’s residence prior to the shooting. Neighbors reported seeing a dark-colored sedan and a red pickup truck fleeing the scene immediately after the shooting. Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the scene to conduct the investigation. The investigation revealed the motive for the shooting to be a retaliation against the victim’s 15-year-old brother due to an ongoing feud with several individuals. The above-listed suspects (Andre Colson, Austin McCalla, Jason Cisneros) have all been charged with murder in this case. All three are in custody in the Harris County Jail.
