On Wed. night 5/13/20 Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable's Office, Montgomery County Texas observed a male walking down Forest Dr. looking in mail boxes.
After investigation the male was found to be in Possession of 2- checks 1- was someone’s STIMULUS CHECK.
Deputies went to the address listed in the check and learned it was stolen out the mail box.
The victim is 69 years old.
The suspect also had Methamphetamine on his person as well.
One male in custody for Theft from the elderly and Possession of controlled substance.
