On Thursday July 2nd 2020, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division was contacted by the Texas Department of Public Safety, asking for assistance in apprehending a wanted subject who has numerous felony warrants out for his arrest.
Information was obtained that the suspect, Patrick Nerren, was at an address in the Wells Landing subdivision of Polk County just north of Onalaska.
Narcotics detectives searched the property looking for Nerren and couldn't find him, however while looking for him, numerous illegal narcotics were observed throughout the property.
Detectives did find and identify David Earl Jordan 65, of Livingston, Bobby Joseph Jordan, 32, of Onalaska, Holly Denise Pixley, 28, of Onalaska, Julie Marie Jordan, 29, of Onalaska, and Rachel Denise Nerren, 48, of Onalaska.
A search warrant was obtained due to probable cause.
The search yielded a large amount of methamphetamine in David Jordan’s residence, along with items used to distribute illegal narcotics.
Methamphetamine was also located in Bobby Jordan’s, Holly Pixley’s, Julie Jordan's, and Rachel Nerren’s possession. They were charged with possession of methamphetamine.
David Jordan was charged with manufacture/delivery of methamphetamine.
During the book in process, Julie Jordan was found to have been concealing more methamphetamine and the objects used to ingest the same on her person. She was additionally charged with prohibited substance in a correctional facility.
