Polk County Sheriff Lyons reported - on November 24, 2021, 19 year old, Kolton Mikal Bruton, of Livingston, Texas, was arrested for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child (Felony 1).
In September of 2021, Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives began looking into a report of sexual assault against a 12 year old child. During the course of the investigation and interview process, probable cause was established which subsequently led to a warrant being issued on Kolton Bruton.
Polk County Sheriff’s Office Detectives served the active warrant on Bruton, and he was booked into the Polk County Jail, without incident.
