Just past 5:30PM on Tuesday May 24,2022 A Cleveland PD Unmarked unit, observed 2-males loading Road materials (That belong to the state Hwy. department ) on a trailer / Black dodge pickup the trailer also had an excavator on it . CPD dispatch was notified to send a marked unit to 59 Northbound-FEDDER rd. at the U-turn past whataburger. Soon after the call was dispatched, The detective advised the suspects left heading the wrong way on the feeder rd and turned on Fostoria rd. The suspects were stopped by multiple patrol units as well as Captain Felts on Fostoria rd. at Dunnam st. Approximately one block east of 59 A representative from the Hwy. department was contacted and requested to make scene Both suspects were placed in custody at 6:04pm.
