CFD- Elm st. call, Smell of Gas in the Kitchen area

On Thursday night 5/25/23 at approximately 8:50 PM Cleveland Fire Department was dispatched to the 200 block of Elm st. Report of a Gas smell in the kitchen area . Upon arrival of the fistCFD unit investigated and it was determined there was an Active Natural Gas Leak. The residence was evacuated and CFD personnel continued to locate the source. We will update if we get any more information.
