Cleveland, SHOOTING TUE. NIGHT-UNDER INVESTIGATION

On Tuesday 12/21/2021, just before 10:00 pm Liberty County Sheriff's Office dispatched a call of a shooting on CR-3995 just north of the Cleveland City Limits. The first unit on the scene called for Air Medical. A 14-year-old teen was shot in front of his home by unknown assailants. The teen was transported by Air Life to HCA Conroe in critical condition with gunshot wounds to the arm and side. Liberty County Detectives hope to talk with him to determine what took place. Liberty County District Attorney Jenifer Bergman also responded to the scene to assist in the investigation. Police are looking for white possibly Toyota that was involved. With the many security cameras on the street, they hope for better images and descriptions.
