On Thursday 4/6/2023 just before 3:00am SGT Mendoza with Cleveland Police Department initiated a traffic stop 0n a pickup in the 400 block of W. Southline St. in front of Martin Chevrolet Collision Center .The driver and the passenger were detained and other officers arrived for backup.
Alcohol was involved -( 9- minutes 44-seconds into the video )
Both the driver and passenger were arrested and transported to Cleveland PD Jail.
The vehicle was Towed by J & J Wrecker Service.
