In an effort to keep our neighborhoods safe, Crime Stoppers of Houston and the Harris County Sheriff's Office are seeking the public's help locating the following individuals that have active Felony and/or Misdemeanor Warrants.
Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification, charging and/or arrest of the suspect in this case. Information may be reported by calling 713-222-TIPS (8477), submitted online at www.crime-stoppers.org or through the Crime Stoppers mobile app. All tipsters remain anonymous. Only tips and calls DIRECTLY TO Crime Stoppers are anonymous and eligible for a cash reward.

John Nicholas Arispe W/M 06-16-98 5’7"/148 Lbs. Bro/Blk Felony Cruelty Non-Live Stock Animal Kill/POI/SBI Warrant #: 1573559 Last known location: Kerrville, Tx Previous Harris County convictions: None. This fugitive was placed on four years Deferred Adjudication for killing a dog. According to court documents he violated the terms of his probation and now has a warrant for his arrest.
Marcus Kordale Bush B/M 11-12-90 5’7”/147 Lbs. Bro/Blk Felony Cruelty to Animals Warrant #: 1383777 Last known location: Houston, TX Previous Harris County convictions: None. This fugitive was placed on four years of Community Supervision for beating and kicking a puppy. According to court documents he has violated the terms of his probation at least three times and now has a warrant for his arrest.
Aaron Holden B/M 11-01-95 5’4"/130 Lbs. Bro/Blk Felony Cruelty Non-Live Stock Animal Kill/POI/SBI Warrant #: 1628613 Last known location: Conroe, TX Previous Harris County convictions: None. This suspect is charged in this case for kicking his ex-girlfriend’s dog and killing it.
Lloyd Henry Mayeux W/M 04-20-81 6'0"/200 Lbs. Grn/Bro Cruelty to Non-Live Stock Animals (X2) Warrant #: 2291649, 2291650 Last known location: Webster, TX Previous Harris County convictions: None. This suspect is charged in this case for abandoning two adult dogs and five puppies after he was evicted from his apartment.
Billy Jack Patton W/M 09-03-55 5'7 "/155 Lbs. Blu/White Cruelty to Animals (X2), Cruelty Non-Livestock Animals Warrant #: 12299521, 2295220, 2299523 Last known location: Huffman, TX Previous Harris County convictions: None. This suspect is charged in this case for not providing adequate food, water or medical care to several animals that were in his care.
Jonathan Ricardo Perez W/M 06-12-90 5’8”/190 Lbs. Bro/Blk Felony Cruelty to Non-Livestock Animals W/Enhancement Warrant #: 1457001 Last known location: Humble, TX Previous Harris County convictions: Perez has previous convictions for drugs and Assault of a Family Member. He received five years Deferred Adjudication for killing a puppy by stabbing it 15 times. The terms of his probation were violated and he now has a warrant for his arrest.
Tommie Lee Reese B/M 09-12-67 5'4"/150 Lbs. Blk/Blk Cruelty to Animals (X2) Warrant #: 2287535, 2287537 Last known location: Houston, TX Previous Harris County convictions: Reese has previous convictions for Assault and Assault of a Family Member. He was out on bond for Aggravated Assault of a Family Member when these warrants were issued. These warrants were issued because it is believed that Reese abandoned two horses without adequate food or wate
Lisa Marie Rosenbaum W/F 01-28-85 5’5”/140 Lbs. Bro/Bro Cruelty Non-Livestock Animals (X3) Warrant #: 2287549, 2287545, 2287551 Last known location: Houston, TX Previous Harris County convictions: Rosenbaum has two previous convictions for Theft. She has been charged in these cases of not providing adequate care for several puppies that belonged to her.
