Just before midnight Thursday 4/7/20, A Deputy with PCT.4 Constable's Office MC spotted a vehicle speeding and driving recklessly on Highway 59.
The Deputy attempted to stop the vehicle and a pursuit ensued.
The vehicle passed vehicles on the highway, changing lanes erratically and even passed a vehicle that was on the exit ramp as the female driver fled.
The pursuit went west on Northpark after the female driver drove through the gas station parking lot at a high rate of speed.
The vehicle eventually crashed when the female driver tried to turn south on Sorters at a high rate of speed.

A male passenger in the vehicle suffered a bloody lip.
The female was not injured and refused EMS.
As deputies were working on the report the female became extremely belligerent and started cussing deputies. She was taken to Kingwood Hospital to be cleared to transport to the jail.
While leaving the hospital, the female started resisting and became belligerent. Other Deputies responded to assist and the female SPIT on several Deputies, adding two more felonies.
Those deputies were treated at Kingwood.
The driver was identified as Kirstie Ann Mosley, age 19, of 20665 Deuster in Porter
She is charged with felony evading and harassment of a public servant for each of the two officers’ faces she spit in.
The male passenger had possession of marijuana warrant from Jefferson county who would not confirm the warrant due to having to transport him back during the COVID.
This was by far not Mosley’s first contact with the judicial system. In July of 2018, she was arrested by Harris County Precinct 4 Deputies for possession of a controlled substance. In September of 2018, she was arrested for robbery in Montgomery County. That charge was dropped to a theft charge and she was sentenced to 75 days in the Montgomery County Jail.
Then on May 13, 2019, she was again arrested for theft in Montgomery County and fined $400.
