Approximately 11:30 am on Saturday9/25/2021
A Toyota stolen from Bull Sallas Park in New Caney where the East Montgomery County Fair is going on. MC dispatched an attempt to locate a short time later a Roman Forest PD unit spotted the vehicle on Roman Forest Drive. When the officer attempted to stop the vehicle the driver a 15-year-old male refused to stop and fled north on 59 to Splendora and then u turned heading south to Humble. Where the pursuit ended as the 15-year-old driver crashed on Lee Road and then fled on foot along with a passenger. The passenger was quickly apprehended. The driver was arrested at a nearby hotel and taken into custody. He was transported to Montgomery County Juvenile Center and The passenger identified as David G. Johnson.
Montgomery County PCT-4 Constable Deputies assisted Roman Forest PD with the pursuit.
