On Wednesday Feb. 9, 2022 Harris County Constable Mark Herman held a Press Conference to announce a new Initiative implemented to hold Judges/Magistrates ACCOUNTABLE on criminal cases filed by his agency, where they concluded a lack of Probable Cause.
In attendance members of District Attorney Kim Ogg's Office, Vice President Eric Batton with the Harris County Deputies’ Organization, Ray Hunt with the Houston Police Officer’s Union and Nicole Christoph Crime Stoppers of Houston.
