A Shift Officers with Roman Forest Police Department rolled up on an illegal dumping in progress. The suspects were charged with Illegal Dumping.
Illegal dumping has been an ongoing problem and Roman Forest Police Department does patrol for it. If caught, RFPD will charge violators to the max. RFPD has used many tactics to catch them, including hidden cameras.
