LCCO-PCT.6 DEPUTIES APPREHEND FUGITIVE

On Thursday 12/16/2021 Deputies with ( LCCO Pct. 6 )- Constable Zack Harkness, Pct. 6 Constable, Liberty County, TX arrested Louie Arturo Garcia for felony warrants issued out of Harlingen, Texas. The warrants were for Felony Evading with a Motor Vehicle and Sexual Assault-Fondling.

Garcia was located in the area of CR-3731 aka Kingsport dr. Just south of Cleveland between Splendora and Southern Crossing

Garcia was transported to the Liberty County Jail without incident.
