8PM - Though the rain has slacked off and flood waters have mostly receded, there are still isolated areas of flooding.
There are currently vehicles stalled in high water on Hanks Street.
We remain under a flash flood warning until 11 p.m. It looks like we are about to get hit again with heavier periods of rain.
Please be aware of rapidly changing weather conditions.
