MAJOR MVA with ENTRAPMENT Hwy.59 South of Cleveland Tue. afternoon

HCA Med Flight, Allegiance EMS, DPS, Liberty County S.O., Engine 42, Squad 42, 427, and Ladder 41 responded to a vehicle versus 18 wheeler on HW 59 S near Morgan Cemetery (CR 379). The patient was trapped in the vehicle under the trailer. Once extricated the patient was turned over to HCA Flight Crew for transport to a trauma center.
