The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the assistance of the public in obtaining information in regards to identifying the person in the below photo. On February 19, 2020, the subject in the below photo used stolen debit card information to make charges to the victim’s bank account. These charges/transactions occurred at a grocery store in Richmond, TX.
