Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constables have been requested by HPD to assist in Downtown Houston. Some looting has started. Not all protests are violent, some are quite peacefully. About an hour ago at Austin and Travis several officers were hit by rocks. HPD believes many are here to start issues. Precinct 4 is part of the Task Force for this area meaning Houston or Galveston call for help they roll. The same reverse if Montgomery County calls Houston, or Galveston or other agencies in the group will assist.
