MOCO-PURSUIT ENDS IN FATAL CRASH N. CLEVELAND-DRIVER FACEING MURDER CHARGE
Just passed 2:00 am On Sunday May 21, 2023 A Montgomery County Deputy attempted to stop a Kia Santa Fe near 1485 and Hwy. 59 The driver of the vehicle fled and the pursuit began heading Northbound on 59. The pursuit ended in N. Cleveland when the driver of the vehicle took the North Washington exit, Where he failed to negotiate the curve and went down an embankment ejecting one of two passengers. The second passenger attempted to flee on foot but was quickly taken into custody. The driver fled across N. Washington ave. to ward the railroad tracks. DPS and Cleveland Police Department apprehended the male driver at his home. He is in custody and murder charges are pending. We will update as we get them.

Early Sunday Morning May 21,02023 A MOCO Pursuit entered Cleveland on Hwy. 59 it continued on to Loop 573 North aka North Washington Ave, It ENDED in a 90 degree turn in the exit. ( this exit comes out in front of the Prison on N. Washington Ave. ) The suspects vehicle rolled over resulting with One- Suspect Deceased and 2-Suspects Fled on Foot
