Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting in the 15100 block of Willis Waukegan. The incident happened close to 3 am on Friday 5/22/20 morning. Reports first came in from the Exxon at Sh 105 and Walker where a man driving a gray Volkswagen was seen bleeding with a gunshot wound to the back. The male left there heading east on SH 105 toward Cleveland. A call also came in from the Willis Waukegan address where deputies learned the incident happened. Detectives spent several hours at that location. The shooting victim was later located after he crashed his vehicle on SH 105 east near Goode City where he left the roadway he transported to Conroe Regional with a non life-threatening gunshot wound. Detectives are still trying to sort out details as to what actually happened. The victim is reported to be from the North Cleveland area.
