Just passed 1:00 am on Thursday 12/30/2021, San Jacinto County Sheriff's Office-dispatch Toned out multiple SJC Fire Department Agencies to Richard St. off of FM-3278 in Camilla Twin Harbors for a Fully Engulfed House Fire, a few minutes later SJCSO- dispatch advised the Fire units of a second House Fire on River St. directly behind the Richard St Fire.

You guys may know about the house fire here in Camilla twin harbors that is going on now that so many fire trucks are at. but I want you guys to know the young man that went in and got those people outta the house before the fire trucks arrived. That young man is Jacob Andrews of cold spring tx. He ran from marteniz street which is just one st over and he ran up to the home that had to elderly people in it and kicked the door in and went in hollering for them to find where they was when he finally found where they was he went to them and helped the get out of the house. The elder gentleman has no legs and the wife jd disabled they had a elevator in there home that he had to take them down on. Mr. Andrews says that there was stuff falling all around the elevator. as they went down. He had to make a second trip up to get the wife and also went back for one of the dogs. Four family pets was lost in the fire.
