SJCCOP-3 obtained a search warrant through investigation for a residence located at 648 Oak Ridge St, Cleveland, Tx, 77328.

On Wednesday June 23, 2021 at approximately 1630 hours, Constable Sam Houston and Captian Sparta with the Sam Houston - Precinct 3 Constables Office-San Jacinto County excited a search warrant with the assistance of the San Jacinto County Sheriffs office.
Constable Houston and Captian Sparta was able to recover a stolen firearm and sized approximately 600 grams of narcotics at the residence. While on location deputies found several items used to distribute these narcotics.
Suspect Jorge Maldonado was arrested on scene and transported to the San Jacinto Sheriff’s office with out incident.
All subject are innocent until proven guilty.
