The San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the shooting deaths of a mother and son that happened in the 3300 block of Fostoria Tram rd. at approximately 6:25 p.m on Friday 10/22/2021
Sheriff Capers said the preliminary investigation appears that a 59-year-old male reportedly shot and killed his 81-year-old mother, then took his own life.
As of 9:00 pm Friday night law enforcement officials were still on scene investigating.
The names have not been released, pending notification of next of kin.
Sheriff Capers said more information will be available on Monday.
