#Pct4Live- A traffic stop on FM 1314 near Gene Campbell resulted in a male driver in custody for Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon and a female passenger in custody for Possession of Controlled Substance.

#Pct4Live- An attempt to locate this evening called in by a concerned citizen on 242 & North Crest Trail resulted in a female in custody for DWI.

#Pct4Live- A K9 Deputy was using radar for traffic enforcement on FM 1314 when a white BMW passed by at over 100 mph. When the driver saw the Deputy was coming after him, he turned his lights off in an attempt to black out and evade capture. The Deputy spotted the brake lights on the vehicle as it was trying to pull down a long driveway. Driver admitted to trying to evade from police so he could just get home. Male was arrested on the felony charge of Evading with Motor Vehicle.

#Pct4Live- Traffic stop on US Highway 59 at Grand Pkwy. After an investigation it was determined that the driver had an Immigration and Customs Detainer Warrant. The subject has been previously deported and is also labeled an Aggravated Felon and Gang Member in Mexico.

Traffic stop off Sorters near HWY59. After a investigation Deputies found Fake ID cards with other people’s identifying information and Methamphetamine. The driver of the vehicle also had a FELONY Warrant for identity theft from Louisiana. The driver was placed in custody for ID FRAUD and his warrant. The male passenger was placed in custody for ID Fraud and Possession of Controlled Substance. The female passenger was placed in custody for Possession of Controlled Substance as well.

#PCT4Live- A Deputy conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 105 near California Ave. The driver threw a baggie of narcotics that was later recovered. The driver was also found to be in possession of additional narcotics and a pistol. The driver was placed into custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon. Thanks to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office or the assist!

Mon. May 18,2020

Deputies were responding to a alarm call at the Tractor Supply when they were advised that a vehicle had stuck the store. The vehicle attempted to leave the scene but was disabled when it hit the building. The driver then tried to leave but was located by PCT. 4 Deputies. After a investigation the driver was placed in custody for DWI.
