3. Public Comments Any person with City related business may speak to Council. In compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the City Council may not discuss, or vote on any matter raised in public comments unless it is specifically on the agenda. To speak during a council meeting, you must be recognized by the Presiding Officer. PUBLIC COMMENTS WILL BE LIMITED TO THREE MINUTES PER PERSON.
4. Discussion and possible action regarding the lighting and meter pole on the City lot and authorizing Interim City Manager
5. Discussion and possible action regarding the proposed 2022-2023 city budget.
6. Discussion and possible action on facility fees for in-kind request from Leadership East Texas
( The City Council reserves the right to meet in closed session on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code. )
7. Closed Executive Session under Texas Local Government Code 551.074, Personnel Matters, to deliberate the applications for appointment of the City Manager
8. Take action on items from executive session as needed.
