Some people just can't break ole habits
City of Splendora Police Department- Night shift Officers were out working hard Sat. Night/Sun. morning 4/11-12-2020 A Night shift SPD Officer observed a vehicle RUN A RED LIGHT and coast into the parking lot of Archies striking the stop bars in front. Thankfully they were in place. After checking the welfare of the driver, a investigation for DWI ensued. It was found that Enrique Campuzan Guerrero, 49 y.o. was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and operating a motor vehicle in a public place. Enrique was placed under arrest and taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
______ A SPD Night shift was dispatched to a Welfare check regarding a vehicle in a ditch and possible intoxicated driver. Officers located the actor who was identified as Michael Hejduk, 52yo.(pictured) After an investigation, he was subsequently arrested for DWI 2nd and Unlawful Carrying a Weapon. Hejduk was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
