Texas Gov. Greg Abbott Signs Constitutional Carry And Other Second Amendment Bills Into Law

Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) signed seven bills removing restrictions on gun ownership, including a "Constitutional carry" law which removes required training and licensing for people over 21 to carry a firearm.
