City Manager Kelly McDonald is retiring from the City of Cleveland after 26 years and 11 months of service on September 16, 2020. Ms. McDonald has held various positions in the city with the longest one as City Secretary and followed up by six years as City Manager. During her time of City Secretary, she was called upon to be the interim City Manager multiple times. She has been instrumental in various projects throughout her time with the City of Cleveland. Her support and concern for the citizens of the City of Cleveland and the employees is well known and appreciated. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors as well as thanking her for her long tenure of service to the city.
