SH 99 Grand Parkway H&I Construction Project TRAVEL ALERT: The IH-59/69 northbound on ramp at Community Drive in New Caney will be closed for several weeks beginning Tuesday, February 25. This closure is needed to perform work where SH-99 will travel over IH-59/69.
