TWO KILLED IN FIRERY CRASH- ROMAN FOREST

Roman Forest Police Chief Stephen Carlisle said the crash happened around 1:50 AM on Saturday June 16, 2023 Roman Forest Police Officers responded to what reportees described as an explosion and fire on Parthenon Pl at Gladiator in the City of Roman Forest. A Ford Mustang was fully engulfed in flames when the officers arrived. The two occupants perished in the crash. The vehicle went off road at a high rate of speed and into a bulkhead of a driveway. The identity of the two young adult males of the vehicle have not been positively identified.

The crash is still under investigation.
