Just after 10 pm Saturday 4/10/2021 Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constables observed three motorcycles racing on Morgan Cemetery near Fostoria Road. As he attempted to stop them they fled. One motorcycle sped up Fostoria Road to SH 105 East at speeds of 100 miles per hour. The pursuit continued east into Cleveland to Washington Avenue. When he got to the intersection of Pate st. and North Blair st. he lost control and slammed into a cyclone fence. The driver, identified as Tyler Michael Biggs, 27, of 204 Carter in Cleveland, was immediately taken into custody. He was transported to Kingwood Hospital to be evaluated. He will then be transported to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with evading arrest.

The second motorcycle a Kawasaki 1000 was spotted on FM 2090 and Tram Road by a Splendora Officer. He too attempted to stop the motorcycle which also fled. After reaching speeds of close to 100 miles per hour on FM 2090 and north on FM 1010. As the driver approached County Road 7000 he blew his engine. Splendora arrested Daniel Venegas, 18, of 219 Taft in Cleveland. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on charges of evading arrest, a felony. The third one that got away has been identified and law enforcement are working to locate him.
