Pct. 4 Constable's Office, Montgomery County Texas - Just before 2 am a Sergeant was driving south on FM 1485 when he observed a blue passenger car in the ditch near Pinebrook Drive. There was a single female occupant and the owner of the vehicle on scene.
The female was acting strange and was believed to be impaired.
K9 "Kodiak" conducted an open air search of the vehicle and belongings. "Kodiak" alerted on the vehicle and her belongings.
The vehicle was removed from the ditch and taken to a nearby gas station for a search. After the investigation, the female was placed in custody for Manufacture / Delivery of a Controlled Substance with approximately 4 different types of narcotics, to include heroin, methamphetamine, LSD, and several types of pills.
