Woman allegedly steals Baytown police cruiser, leads officers on chase through Houston
The woman stole the SUV from outside a hospital she was just discharged from, police said.
A woman is in custody after she allegedly stole a police SUV in Baytown and led officers on a chase through Houston late Monday.
The incident happened after 11 p.m., according to Houston police.
Sgt. J.C. Fischer with HPD said the department received a call from Baytown PD about one of their SUVs being stolen. It’s reported the woman was just discharged from a Baytown hospital when she took the SUV.
